Adding/Creating an Infant
To unlock babies y'all need to complete the Two and a Half Sims Quest first. Once the quest is complete yous need to place a cot in a business firm, you don't need two sims who are married anymore simply there needs to be 3 or less sims living there (four sims in a house is the maximum) When yous see the blue add sim circle higher up the cot you are set up!
Add a Infant will be the first option you see but once you accept completed the A Bump-y Ride Quest your sims will be able to get significant so when you click on a crib you volition see two other options:
- Add together a Babe– costs 3LP (will cost simoleons once you have completed the Life Dreams and Legacies Quest, the simoleon price varies depending on how many other sims you have in your boondocks) It takes 24 hours for the babe to go far.
- Pregnancy– costs 5LP and your sim will develop an expanding baby crash-land, after 6 days the baby will arrive.
- Pregnancy Event– costs 2LP and your sim will develop an expanding infant bump while completing daily goals and other sims can complete support tasks, if you lot complete all the tasks and goals in the ix solar day time limit your new baby will receive baby bonuses, if not your baby volition still arrive afterward 9 days.

Once the baby arrives you lot can alter their name, cull their gender, center, peel and pilus colour and outfit.
You cannot alter the proper name, gender or skin colour over again unless you lot employ the ultimate makeover which costs 12LP

An developed, teen or senior is needed to aid go on your infant happy (except bladder as they will get in their diaper when they need to!)
- Hunger- adult selects Give Food on infant /baby selects Exist Fed on adult
- Float- the infant volition go in their diaper when they need to, this will decrease their hygiene need
- Energy- infant selects Go to Sleep or Hibernate on themselves
- Hygiene- adult selects Modify Diaper on baby /infant selects Have Diaper Changed on adult
- Social- adult selects Cuddle on infant /infant selects Exist Cuddled on adult
- Fun- adult selects Entertain on infant /infant selects Exist Entertained on adult

Interactions
Crib Interactions:
The first moving picture higher up is the interactions you get when a infant clicks on an developed and the second picture is when an adult clicks on a infant
Weep for Sim/Choice Up Infant– The baby will be picked upwards by the adult then they can get out of the crib (this option will merely appear once yous have completed the Nanny Knows Best Quest)
Have Diaper Changed/Change Diaper- This improves the Hygiene need
Be Cuddled/Cuddle– This improves the Social need
Exist Entertained/Entertain– This improves the Amusement need
Exist Fed/Give Food– This improves the Hunger need
In that location is aught you can do for the Bladder need, you take to wait for the infant to become in their diaper then y'all volition need to change the diaper
Holding Babe Interactions:
You will only get these interactions one time you take completed the Nanny Knows Best Quest

Ultimate Makeover- not relevant, this allows you to change the name, gender or peel colour of the adult sim
Let Infant Crawl– the sim will put the infant on the basis and then you can then command where they crawl past clicking on the floor when the plumbob is over their caput:
Alter Diaper– This improves the Hygiene need
Give Nutrient– This improves the Hunger need
Do Walking– This is the cutest! This improves the Entertainment need
In one case the sim is holding the babe you tin can click on objects effectually the house to get interactions:
- Bed- Quick Bouncies and Bounce Marathon
- Bath- Breast-stroke Infant and Bath Time Fun
- Sofa- Sit with Baby and Relax with Infant
They can also travel to other sims houses while holding the infant (they will only count every bit one sim unless they put the baby down)
Having trouble using the highchair? Make certain your sim can stand behind the highchair so they tin can put the infant in it, if they tin't blue footprints will appear:

Have Altogether– This will turn the baby into a toddler (you have to bake a altogether cake first and have completed the quest for toddlers)
Become to Sleep– This improves the Energy need
Hibernate– This improves the Energy need again by sleeping for 24 hours
Putting a baby back in their crib
A sim needs to option the babe up then click on the crib and select put infant in cot. The other option is at-home to sleep:
Relationships
Babies tin collaborate with teens, adults and seniors, they cannot interact with toddlers or preteens, their interactions with those life stages is the aforementioned:
- Strangers: Be Cuddled
Reward for becoming acquaintance: 100XP - Acquaintances: Be Cuddled
Reward for becoming friends: 150XP - Friends: Be Cuddled
Advantage for becoming practiced friends: 200XP - Good friends: Be Cuddled
Reward for condign best friends: 300XP - Best friends: Be Cuddled

Babies can only interact with adults, teens and seniors, they cannot interact with preteens, toddlers or other infants
Ageing an Infant?
If you accept completed the Life Dreams and Legacies Quest when your infant reaches the end of that life stage they will historic period automatically to a toddler sim. Earlier this, you need to complete the A Quest for Toddlers and bake a birthday block to be able to age your infant to a toddler sim.
